SBI Clerk Prelim 2016 Exam Analysis – 22nd May (1st Slot)

Dear Aspirants,

SBI Clerk Prelim Exam starts from today. The First slot of the exam was over at 9-10 am. In this post we are sharing detail analysis of each section of the first slot held today.

Here is the detail analysis of each section of – 

I. English Language (Level – Easy)

(i) Reading Comprehension – 10 Questions  – Easy

Story based - Donkey was alone, one day Fox offered it friendship. They started enjoying together. One day they went to eat watermelons. Then Donkey said it want to sing. Fox refused to do so. But it sang and caught by farmer's son and beaten up. Fox was seeing it from aside and feeling helples.

(ii) Cloze Test – 5 Questions  – based on Story based (Man & his 4 sons, about their camel) 

(iii) Spelling Mistakes  – 5 Questions (Easy) 

(iv) Spotting Error – 5 Questions (Easy) 

(v) Parajumbles – 5 Questions – (Easy)

II. Numerical Ability (Level – Easy)

(i) Number Series – 5 Questions (Easy)

(ii) Simplification –  10 Questions (Easy)

(iii) Data Interpretation (1 Sets) – 5 Questions  (Easy)  (Table Graph)

(iv) Rest Miscellaneous Questions – 15 Questions (Moderate) 

Miscellaneous questions include – Age, Mixture Allegation, Partnership, Profit Loss, Average, Boats & Stream, Compound/Simple Interest, Time & Work, etc.

III. Reasoning Ability (Level –Easy) 

(i) Inequality – 5 Questions  (Easy) direct Questions 

(ii) Sitting Arrangement (Circular) Sets – facing the centre – 5 Questions   (Easy) 8 people 

(iii) Puzzle – 5 Questions (Easy) 7 person work in 7 days of week

(iv) Alphabetic Series – 5 Questions (Easy) 

(iv)  Coding Decoding  – 5 Questions  (Easy) 

(v) Number series – 5 Questions (Easy) For e.g. – 225,  326, 576,…

(vi) Rest Miscellaneous Questions – 5 Questions  (Easy) 

Note: Syllogism questions does not asked in the exam.

 Overall the level of the today’s first slot exam was easy & good attempt will be 55 – 65.
