IIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Admission 2021: IIT Bhubaneswar has commenced the online applications for PG(M.Tech) Admissions for the session 2021-22 through a valid GATE Score. Candidates who want to pursue M.Tech from IIT Bhubaneswar will have to apply at the official website of IIT Bhubaneswar from 5th March to 7th April, also will have to register at COAP Portal 2021. Candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE Scores holding a weightage of 70% and a written test followed by a personal interview holding a weightage of 30%.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech Programmes
Educational Qualification

IIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Admissions 2021 Shortlisting and Selection Criteria
- The shortlisting of regular candidates for admission into M.Tech. Programs will be based on GATE score only as decided by Institute.
- The selection of regular candidates is based on 70% weightage for the GATE score and 30% weightage for the performance in the Written Test and Interview.
- The Written Test and Interview shall be given an equal weightage of 15% each.
- Candidates in the unreserved category will be eligible for the interview subject to scoring a minimum of 40% of the maximum marks in the written test. A
- Candidates in the unreserved category will be eligible for final selection subject to scoring a minimum of 50% of the maximum marks in the interview.
GATE 2021 COAP Registration
- Before filling the application form for IIT Bhubaneswar candidates must register on COAP Portal.
- Visit the official GATE 2021 COAP Portal, Click on the Registration Link and fill in the following details in order to register for COAP 2021:
- GATE Registration Number
- GATE Paper Code
- GATE Score
- Name of the Candidate
- Date of Birth(DOB)
- After COAP Registration, fill in the application form for IIT Bhubaneswar M.Tech Admissions.
Application Fee
- General and OBC candidates: ₹ 300
- SC/ST/PwD candidates: ₹150
- Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
