DSSSB Exam Calendar 2022: PRT, PGT, TGT & Drawing Teacher Exam Dates

Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB) released the notification of the DSSSB Assistant Nursery, TGT (Computer Science), Domestic Science Teacher, Physical Education Teacher and Librarian exam against advertisement on 08/22. DSSSB PRT exam will be conducted in three shifts on 7th March 2022, 16th March 2022, and 23rd & 24th March 2022.

Nature of DSSSB PRT Exam

Syllabus	Section – A:-MCQs of one mark each as per the existing examination scheme 1. General Awareness. 2. General Intelligence & Reasoning ability. 3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability. 4. Test of Hindi Language & Comprehension. 5. Test of English Language & Comprehension. Total 100 Marks (20 Marks each) Section- B:-MCQs of one mark each from the subject concerned including questions on teaching methodology/Diploma- 100 Marks
Time	2 hrs.
Total Question	200 (MCQ)
Total Marks	200 (MCQ)
Negative Marking	A deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrong MCQ answer.
Special Note	Candidates have to qualify in Section A & B separately as per their category (UR/OBC/SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman) minimum qualifying marks. However, final merit will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks of both the section A & B

DSSSB TGT Educational Qualification

Post (TGT)	Description
Essential	(i) Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate (ii) Degree / Diploma in teaching (iii) Knowledge of Hindi/English is essential. (iv) Should have qualified CTET from CBSE.
Pay Scale	Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4600/- Group: ‘B’ Non-Gazetted.
Age Limit	Below 32 years

Nature of PGT Exam

Syllabus	Section – A:-MCQs of one mark each as per the existing examination scheme 1. Mental ability and reasoning ability, 2. General Awareness, 3. English Language & Comprehension, 4. Hindi Language& comprehension, 5. Numerical Aptitude & Data Interpretation Total 100 Marks (20 Marks each) Section- B:-MCQs pertaining to Post-Graduation qualification and teaching methodology required for the post. (200 Questions): 200 Marks.
Time	3 hrs.

DSSSB PGT Educational Qualification

Post (PGT)	Description
Essential	(1) Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from any recognized University. (2)Degree / Diploma in training /Education.  (I) Having obtained a PhD. Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University/Institution. OR (II) Having obtained First Division in Higher Secondary, Degree and Post Graduate Examination with the Mandatory condition that the candidate will acquire the B.Ed. / B.T. qualification within a period not exceeding three years from the date of his joining the service.
Pay Scale	Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4800/- Group: ‘B’
Experience	3 years experience of teaching in a College /Higher Secondary School/ High School in the subject concerned.
Age Limit	Below 36 years, Age Relaxation Guest/Contract teachers:- Relaxation in upper age as a one-time measure up to the actual time spent as a contractual employee of the same department, subject to a maximum of 5 years provided they have worked for at least 180 working days in that particular year as per Services Department
