SPJIMR offers admissions for 2-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - Equivalent to 2-year full-time MBA. The registration will commence from 20th September 2018.
The applicant is required to select one of the following four specialisations offered by the institute:
- Finance
- Information Management
- Marketing Management
- Operations & Supply Chain
Note: You must state two preferences in your application form.
The SP Jain Admission Form 2019 will be available by September 23, 2018.

A candidate is required to pay a sum of Rs. 1500 through a credit card or net banking.

Educational Qualification –
- A graduation degree of minimum three years from any recognized university
- Minimum Qualifying Marks – A candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation
- Final Year Students – Candidates in the final year of graduation can also apply. They must submit the final mark sheet before December 2019
- With respect to the 10th and 12th marks, an aggregate of all subjects mentioned on the mark sheet will be considered
- If a board awards grades, a conversion factor for the same needs to be furnished
Note: There is a limitation for people with work Experience. Candidates with a maximum of 5 years of experience are eligible to apply.
Admissions to the PGDM programme is based on merit. There is no management quota and the evaluation of a candidate is based on his/her profile. For admission, the institute accepts CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores.

Selection process:
The applicants are shortlisted based on their profile and qualifying scores in at least one of the entrance exam given above. They are then sorted into the following two groups
- Early stage interview: (profile based)
The candidates are shortlisted based on the following factors:
- Consistency of academic records
- Work experience and its relevance
- Achievements
- The second phase of the interview: (profile cum score based)
This is conducted only after the availability of the scores of the entrance test. Applicants are called for the interview only based on:
- Profile
- Performance in the entrance test
Note: The first stage is a group interview stage where four candidates are interviewed together.
Selection List:
The selection list is based after considering the aggerate score, which considers the following factors:
- Candidate’s profile
- Academic record
- Entrance test score (CAT/XAT/GMAT)
- Relevant work experience (if any)
- The performance in the two rounds of group interview.
Total number of seats: The intake for PGDM program is 276 out of which 36 seats have been sanctioned for PIO/OCI and foreign nationals.
