Respected sir,

Sir as we all know ATM forgery are heard more often these days. Recently I was one of those unfortunate victim who succumbed to it in i which I lost 20000 rupees. I have been visiting your bank a lot lately regarding the same. I am extremely thankful to your staffs who are showing  great support to me. But  It pains me that these forgeries are still taking a toll despite  advent of digital banking.

In the same regard I want to share some innovative  ideas which I think can curb these forgeries. ATM are the household thing these day. a unique pin is required in order to operate account and withdraw money . My idea to replace this pin with these method e.g" Biometric, Iris scan or Face scan" . Every account holder will need to link his or her  Biometric, Iris scan or Face scan with their bank account which can be later used as a passcode to withdraw money from their account. This will not only curb the atm forgeries but also help people to operate their account without remembering various password

I know this system will take time to be installed in ATM machine .But for the future prospect its a great thing to curb these forgeries. I think that you will have a thaught on my words.
