Subject- Non credit of cash in account
Sir,
With due respect, I XYZ having account number xxxxxxx6789 in your bank past 10 year had transaction error at atm of your branch in Rohini branch situated 500 away from your branch on 29/10/2018 . I was crediting 15000 rupees in my account and got transactional slip having some certain number on it. But i was astonished when I tried to upadte my passbook it said that no transaction on 29/10/2018 happended. I also didn't recieved any automated messaage on mobile number xxxxxx1234.
So, I kindly request you to intervene in this problem and resolve it. It is my first bitter experience like it. I will we highly obliged to you. Also i am attaching photo copy of my passbook and Atm slip which i recieved during transaction which will help you in solving this issue.
