HTET Notification 2022: Important Date

The notification announced that the registration will open from 17th Septmebr 2022 to 27th September 2022. In this stipulated time candidates will be able to register without paying the late fee. Candidates must note that another extension would be given to applying for the Haryana TET exam even after this deadline. HTET Eligibility Criteria 2022

The eligibility criteria include the age limit and educational qualification which makes a candidate valid to apply for the eligibility test. A candidate needs to qualify for all the eligibility criteria to be able to successfully apply for the HTET 2022.

HTET Age Limit 2022

The age criteria are also essential to help candidates apply for HTET 2022. The candidates have to fall under the minimum and the maximum age limit to successfully apply for the HTET 2022.

Maximum Age Limit	38 years

Educational qualification for HTET 2022 for Primary Teacher (Level – 1)

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, under the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations,  2007 notified on 31 August 2009. OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, under the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations,  2002. OR
  
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)* OR

• Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
• Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Senior Secondary/ Graduation/ Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Educational qualification for HTET 2022 for Trained Graduate Teacher (Level – 2)

• Graduation in the relevant discipline  and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education  OR

• Graduation in relevant discipline with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR

• Graduation in relevant discipline with at least 45% marks and passing or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), under the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR

• Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR
• Graduation in relevant discipline with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)

Educational qualification for HTET 2022 for Postgraduate Teacher (Level – 3)

• Post Graduate degree in a concerned subject with at least 50% marks from a recognized university.
• Passed Bachelor of Education from a recognized university.
• Matrics with Hindi & Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/ Graduation/ Post Graduation in Hindi as subjects and
• Consistent good academic record.

How to Apply Online for HTET 2022

Candidates who wish to fill out the Haryana TET Application Form without any error or mistake can read the instructions given below:

Step 1: Candidates can apply online through the official website.
Step 2: Click on the Registration/Login submit button.
Step 3: Click on the Apply Now. Afterwards, candidates can start filling out the Application form and ensure they should have: 

• Valid E-mail ID and Mobile/Phone number,
• Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking facility,
• Valid Photo ID,(Only Aadhar Card)
• Scanned/digital image of recent colour size photograph with white background 
• Image of signature

Step 4: Candidates can proceed to fill in all the details- Personal, Level Applied for, Aadhar card details.
Step 5: Pay the fees and print the application for future use.

HTET Selection Process 2022

HTET is the qualifying exam and after qualifying candidates become eligible to apply for Government Teaching job vacancies arise in Haryana. The validity of the HTET is seven years and the qualifying cut-off is 60% for the general category(90 marks) and the scheduled caste category cut-off is 55% (82 marks). The HTET is of 150 marks for all three levels and questions will be in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) form. There will be no negative marking in the HTET.
