Subject:- Separate queue for senior citizen
Sir,
With due respect, I XYZ customer of your esteemed bank past 5 year.I have been vising your bank many a time but for the past the few month long queue at any counter of your branch seems to have become trademark of your branch. Its not due the peak hour or any closing day of month its case of every day. Long queyes are not due to your negligence of your staff . But is due to shortage of counter at your branch. We as young can stand in long queues but senior citizen, they can't stand in long queues for having simple banking process be it deposit or withdrwal. I can suggest some ideas which i think you can use like provinding separate counter for senior citizen and giving them token so that don't have to stand in long queue any more.
I know that it can dismantle your budget but for respect and benifit of senior citizen its indeeed a major concern.So I request you to kindly look at the matter and do the best possible action you can do.
