CTET Paper 1 Score: 108
I belong to Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. I have cleared both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of Central Teacher Eligibility Test July 2019. I scored 108 marks in Paper 1 and 94 in Paper 2. I chose teaching as a career so that I can be a regular learner and help other learners to explore their potential. I think teaching is the only profession where you can motivate others and help them to achieve their goals. So, today I am here to share my success story with you all.
My Strategy for the Preparation:
Starting with the preparation strategy, my preparation strategy included daily live classes, making notes, practising with the previous year question papers and by giving mocks. Child Development & Pedagogy was my strongest area (after studying it regularly of course) and my weakest area was maths as I am from the non-maths background. I overcame maths phobia by taking regular classes, repeating those classes and solving problems on a daily basis. The exam pressure used to get me sometimes but I managed to hold myself together by applying Ajay sir's formula of 3W i.e Walk, Water and Work.
Preparation in the final weeks:
Two weeks before the exam, during the last days of preparation, I attempted a mock daily of every subject and one previous year paper. Mock Tests, Previous Year Papers and Daily Quizzes helped me a lot in understanding the pattern of the question paper, time management and building up my confidence. During the exam, I just attempted the exam in the sequence with patience and concentration.
