How BYJU'S Exam Prep can help you solve NAT questions: We hope all of you are doing good with your preparations and working in right direction as well. As we all know about “ the one unexpected event” that produced shock and dilemma among all the JEE aspirants, i.e. the change in pattern and introduction of Numerical type questions

In the last few days, we got so many queries from the students related to change in exam pattern. Some of them are listed below:

  • How should we cope with this change?
  • Will the level of the exam increase?
  • How and from where should we practice this type of questions?

All of your queries will be cleared through this article one by one, just make sure you read it till the end.

Starting with the first query, firstly you don’t need to panic over it. Yes, the pattern has changed and it is for everyone, worrying over it and wasting time is not going to make you score better .Get your head around it completely and analyze the best way to counter the change, i.e. look for the best guidance. The concepts that will be applied is same as before, just the formatting of the question changes. Questions will be still doable.

Another important aspect of this change is, previously an aspirant had 90 questions to cover in 180 minutes, that is 2 minutes for every question. Now, an aspirant have 75 questions to cover in the same time, that is 2 minutes 40 seconds for every question. Keeping that in mind, yes we can expect a slight change in the level of questions. But, that doesn’t mean you should only practice moderate level of questions. Practicing previous year papers and simple formula based questions will still be vital.
