My Journey for the exam:
I am Pankaj Pandey and I hail from Faridabad, Haryana. The Adventurous lifestyle of the armed forces always inspired me, further to add the sound of the Fighter Aircraft always gave me an adrenaline rush and motivation to join the defence forces.
In the beginning I started preparing on my own for the written examination but could not find a better way and guidance. As I am also working as an assistant professor and I hardly could get any time to focus on my studies. I came to know about BYJU'S Exam Prep one day while I was scrolling through YouTube. It worked as a catalyser and force multiplier on my way to achieving my dream.
Since BYJU'S Exam Prep faculty's teaching method is commendable. They believe in you and take you to an inspiring and hard working journey. They believe in touching the sky with continuous efforts.
I followed the path and teaching told in our daily classroom, also made study notes of all the video lectures, practised quizzes and took all the necessary mock tests and last but not the least followed the techniques for solving question papers. Which led to me clearing my AFCAT 1, 2020 and INET examination with the help of BYJU'S Exam Prep classroom. As I mentioned earlier that I work as an assistant professor, where I have to prepare and deliver lectures myself as well. Due to which my schedule always remains packed and I cannot go opt for a full time coaching. Preparation Strategy for the exam:
- After graduation, I started with my job and started preparing for AFCAT and INET with the help of BYJU'S Exam Prep.
- I started my preparation in the last few months. I prepared all the tricks and techniques suggested by the BYJU'S Exam Prep faculty for solving problems.
Online quiz and Mock Tests:
- I used to read all the blogs from BYJU'S Exam Prep on Current affairs and watch all the daily current affairs youtube sessions.
- I used to take all online quizzes and mock tests from the BYJU'S Exam Prep app and also focused more on previous year question papers and solved them.
I would like to add that BYJU'S Exam Prep helped me a lot as most of the questions in the quiz and mock tests are quite relevant and helped in performing better as it boosted my confidence.
