Assertion: If any question arises whether a Bill is a Money Bill or not, the decision of the Speaker of the House of the People thereon shall be final.

Reason: When a Bill has been passed by the Houses of Parliament, it shall be presented to the President.

Direction: The following questions consist of two statements, one labelled as Assertion and the other as Reason. Read both the statements carefully and answer.

Assertion:
No discussion shall take place in Parliament with respect to the conduct of any Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court in the discharge of his duties.

Reason:
Only exception to the above is a motion for presenting an address to the President praying for the removal of the Judge

Assertion: No religious instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly maintained out of State funds.

Reason: No person attending any educational institution recognised by the State shall be required to take part in any religious instruction.

Reason:
I. Most of the sugar mill in India is located in UP.
II. Uttar Pradesh is the major producer of sugarcane.

Assertion: 
Carbon monoxide is dangerous for health. 

Reason:
I. It can cause death if inhaled in large quantities.
II. Carbon monoxide breaks the electron chain in blood.
