There is never a second chance for the first impression!
We often chose to neglect a very important aspect of our lives, which is “dressing” according to the requirements of the situation. We convey our image through our dressing style. Dressing style is the foremost thing that gets noticed, people perceive us by the way we have dressed up. Before leaving for any Interview or work, one should ask themselves that “am I portraying the image that I want to?”.
As we all know the dressing is an art, which everyone doesn’t master. As, in today’s world when everything is available to us readily, we should master this skill. There is an old saying “Look good, feel better” which still remains true. Dressing well always boosts confidence, there are times when we feel less confident, but that’s when the magic of dressing comes in and makes us feel great and confident.

Most of the candidates get confused between semi-formals and formals. It's better to introspect what you have rather than regretting later. Many aspiring candidates get confused in the kind of hairstyles they should have during the interview, so for women “they should have their hair tied up in a bun” and for Men “they should have the military-style haircut” so that they look clean and crisp.
All the candidates should go through the call-up letter properly so that you don't tend to make a mistake. Also, many candidates are really fond of Perfumes, Cologne so they tend to wear that during their personal interview. But one should avoid wearing stronger fragrances, as they don't want the interviewing officer to feel their presence even after they are gone. Another very important thing the candidate needs to keep in mind is that they are supposed to be dressed in formals during dining, as in while visiting the mess. It's very important to dress according to the instruction given.
You can have anything you want in life if you dress for it. —Edith Head
