SSC CPO Exam Analysis 2020 Shift 1 (24 November 2020): In this article, we have shared the exam analysis of the SSC CPO Exam which was held in the 1st shift of 24th November 2020. All candidates who are going to appear in today's SSC CPO Exam must read this article diligently so that they can get a fair idea about the difficulty level of the shift, topic-wise marks weightage, type of questions asked, and the number of good attempts. Also, candidates who already have appeared in the examination, they can evaluate their performance in the exam. 

The board organizes SSC CPO Exam to recruit candidates for the post of Sub-Inspector in various Central Government departments including Delhi Police, BSF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB. The SSC CPO Paper 1/ Tier 1 exam consists of 4 sections which are Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and Comprehension, General Awareness, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Paper 1 is of 200 marks, and the candidate gets 1 mark for each correct answer and 0.25 marks deduction for each incorrect answer. The total marks scored in Paper 1 will be normalized as the exam is conducted in multiple shifts. The below table highlights the exam pattern of SSC CPO Tier 1/ Paper 1 exam:

As per most of the candidates who appeared in the SSC CPO Exam conducted on November 24, 2020, the difficulty level was in the range of Easy to Moderate. Here are some important inputs provided by the candidates who have attempted the exam:

  • There is no change in the question-type as compared to the last year question papers
  • The paper pattern was the same as was seen in yesterday's shifts; the order was General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language
  • As in the previous shifts, in the English section, no questions were asked from Active & Passive and Indirect & Direct speech topics
  • Overall, the English section was Easy-Moderate
  • The reasoning was a bit time-consuming
  • Considering everything, the overall difficulty level of the Paper 1 Exam Analysis 24th November (1st Shift) was Easy to Moderate

SSC CPO 2020 Paper 1 Exam Analysis 24th November: Exam Centre Guidelines

Candidates must follow the below-mentioned guidelines at the time of giving the SSC CPO Paper 1 exam:

  • Candidates are required to wear a mask during the examination
  • Candidates can carry their own transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), gloves & a simple transparent pen inside the exam centre
  • Candidates should have installed Aarogya Setu app on their smartphone and the app must show their risk profile for COVID-19
  • The registration of the candidate will be done with photo capture; therefore, candidates have to remove their mask only at that moment
