SSC CHSL Exam Analysis & Review 2021, Shift 1 (12 April): SSC CHSL 2020-21 Exam has started today, and we are here with the detailed analysis of the 1st shift. Here is exam analysis highlights as shared by the candidates who have taken the exam conducted on 1st Shift of 12th April 2021: 

  • As per most of the candidates, the overall difficulty level of the exam was in the range of Easy-Moderate. The section-wise difficulty level was in this manner General Knowledge > Quantitative Aptitude > English > Reasoning
  • Comparing this shift of CHSL exam with the previous years, there were no major changes seen in the pattern of the exam
  • In the first shift, around 3 to 4 questions were asked from current affairs in which most of them were from the last 6 month to 12-month current affairs. Hence, you should revise last 1-year current affairs
  • In English section, most of the questions were asked from Cloze Test, Synonym, Antonym, Spot the Error, Idioms & Phrases, and One-word Substitution topics. Following the pattern of the previous years, the difficulty level was Easy
  • The theme of the Cloze test was based on the movement of animals at the time of Natural Disaster
  • From Quantitative Aptitude section, majority of the questions were put up from Data Interpretation, Geometry, Trigonometry, Percentages and Profit & Loss topics. The difficulty level was in the range of Easy to Moderate for Quant section

SSC CHSL Exam Centre Guidelines 2021

  • You need to wear a mask all through the SSC CHSL examination
  • You must carry your own transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitiser (50 ml), gloves & a simple pen inside the exam centre
  • The registration will be done with photo capture; therefore, you have to remove your mask only at that moment
  • There will be a separate dropbox for rough sheets and call letters, you need to drop these in the designated boxes
