Go Through the Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The first and most important thing to do is to determine what needs to be prepped. Before beginning preparation, a candidate should thoroughly review the syllabus and test pattern. SSC CGL notification provides a comprehensive exam pattern and syllabus for candidates’ convenience. The syllabus for the SSC CGL exam is extensive, and any applicant interested in applying for the upcoming examination must study it thoroughly.
Prepare Study-Plan
The second stage is to create a timetable that divides equal time for the preparation of each section once you know what all subjects are included in the SSC CGL syllabus. Determine which subjects are your strengths and which are your weaknesses, and then allocate time for the preparation of each section appropriately.
Study Material
Before you begin studying, make sure you have all of the necessary study materials and the best books to prepare for the SSC exam within 30 days. The study material is available both online and offline through various websites and coaching centres. Candidates must choose the best SSC CGL books to study for the exam because they have limited time to prepare and must rely on shortcuts and tricks to answer and comprehend questions.
Prepare a Time-Table
Candidates must devote equal time to the preparation of each section to ensure that adequate and equal time is dedicated to the preparation of each subject. Although there is no sectional cut-off in the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam, candidates must be equally prepared for each section. One hour per day must be devoted to carefully reading the newspaper. This will assist you not only with the SSC CGL General Awareness Questions but also with the English questions. Solving previous year’s papers and mock examinations should take 3 to 4 hours per day. Aside from that, the leftover time must be distributed evenly among the sections. With 30 days of preparation, a candidate must study for the maximum time.
Find Your Strengths and Weaknesses
SSC follows a consistent formula when creating exam papers each year. As a result, certain topics are more essential than others. Determine which subjects are your strengths and which are your weaknesses as you go through the syllabus. This will allow you to concentrate more on the examination subjects in which you are weak. Topics that are stronger for you can be covered in less time, while topics that are weaker for you may take longer to prepare.
Solve Previous Years’ Questions
Solving SSC CGL’s previous year’s question papers is a piece of advice that any candidate taking the upcoming SSC CGL exam should seriously consider. Question papers from previous years will help you understand and analyse which topics are most essential for which SSC exam. Furthermore, when you have 30 days to prepare for the exam, solving the previous year’s question papers is the most convenient method to revise the syllabus daily.
Make Notes
When a candidate has only 30 days to prepare for the SSC CGL exam, he should make certain that nothing is left to chance. Keeping appropriate notes is therefore essential. So that in the final few days, he or she can refer straight to the notes for revision. Make a thorough record of all the essential formulas for the quantitative aptitude section, and set aside 15-20 minutes each day to thoroughly review all of them. This will take less time than returning to all of the chapters regularly.
Don’t Panic
When a candidate is given only 30 days to complete the exam, the most essential thing to remember is not to panic. Keep in mind that you should always maintain a positive attitude while studying for the test. This allows you to remain focused and confident in your work. Concentrate solely on your work rather than the outcome. It is also critical that a candidate only provides his or her best effort and does not dwell on the outcome, as this can cause anxiety a month before the exam.
