DFCCIL Job Profile of Junior Executive and Executive
The job role of Junior Executive and Executive is almost the same except for the difference in the level of work. Both of these jobs are quite dynamic and depend upon the area the candidate is posted. There are mainly two area categories which are Road Over Bridge (ROB), and Track Making/ Maintenance, the details of job nature are stated below:
For ROB: As an Executive/ Junior Executive in ROB you will mainly indulge in fieldwork, you will be in charge/ assistant in the fieldwork, construction material quality & quantity. You will also be responsible to coordinate with the contractor, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and register the contractor running bill. The working hours for both Junior Executive & Executive in ROB are the same viz. 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM for weekdays and 9:30 to 2 PM for Saturdays.
For Track Making/ Maintenance: Railway track for the dedicated freight corridor is in the initial stage and will be completed by 2022 to 2023. As a Junior Executive/ Executive, you will be responsible for track planning, layout design, working with contractors (check on track creation/ maintenance status), and coordinate with PMC and other departments.
