Saat Nishchay Program of Bihar

State administration is giving top priority on implementing 7 commitments which is known as Saat Nishchay Programme.

3	Investment for improving Electricity	Rs. 55,600 Crores
4	Investment for improving Youth Employment	Rs. 49,800 Crores
5	Investment for improving Drinking Water	Rs. 47,700 Crores
6	Investment for constructing Toilets	Rs. 28,700 Crores
7	Investment for improving Higher Education in Bihar	Rs. 10, 300 Crores

Aarthik Hal, Yuvaon ko Bal:

The Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) is also known as Aarthik Hal, Yuvaon ko Bal. The program's main goal is to provide jobs for youths who have dropped out of school through teaching skill upgrading courses.

Under the Aarthik Hal, Yuvaon ko Bal programme, Bihari youths between the ages of 15 and 25 who have passed the secondary examinations 10th and 12th from the state of Bihar are eligible to participate in courses to improve their abilities.
It Contains quality and experienced trainers to teach life oriented skills, boosting communication skills by improving the youth’s English knowledge and to teach the basic level of working knowledge in computers. Student Credit Card is one such Initiative.

Aarakshit Rozgar, Mahilaon Ko Adhikar

The initiative "Aarakshit Rozgar, Mahilaon Ko Adhikar" was created specifically to increase women's empowerment in Bihar. Education women from Bihar get a 35 percent job reservation in state government employment under this policy. The rate of female education in the state would rise as a result of this commitment.

Har Ghar Bijli, Lagatar

With regards to the state's needs, Bihar has seen a significant improvement and rise in the production of electricity. The initiative "Har Ghar Bijli, Lagatar" was developed to accelerate electricity growth to the next level. Through this programme, the state government of Bihar assures that every home in Bihar has access to electricity.

Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal

State government launched the “Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal” programme, which aims to deliver clean and secure drinking water to every Bihar resident by linking all households to a water pipeline. It is the goal of this project to eliminate all hand pumps on which the people of Bihar rely for their water needs. It is estimated that over 1.95 lakh households in Bihar will benefit from the "Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal" programme.

Ghar Tak Pakki Gali – Naaliyan

The programme "Ghar Tak Pakki Gali – Naaliyan" aims to provide a safe and efficient form of road transportation in Bihar's rural communities. Every rural hamlet in Bihar will have roads capable of managing all types of weather, as well as drainage networks, under this scheme.

Shauchalay Nirmaan, Ghar Ka Sammaan

On September 28, 2016, the government launched the “Shauchalay Nirmaan, Ghar Ka Sammaan” campaign, which included a number of programmes. Around 1.72 lakh crores worth of toilets are scheduled to be built in households across Bihar under the programme "Shauchalay Nirmaan, Ghar Ka Sammaan" in order to ensure that the people of Bihar live a healthy and sanitary lifestyle.

Avsar Badhe, Aage Padhein

The goal of the programme "Avsar Badhe, Aage Padhein" is to improve Bihar's higher education infrastructure. The state government of Bihar planned to develop several educational institutions around the state as part of this scheme. Approximately every district in Bihar will receive a school, a training institute, a polytechnic, and other educational facilities.
