Eat Right movement

 INTRODUCTION:

Indebt research on communicable & non-communicable diseases, diet-related diseases, hypertension, high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and other diseases magnified the bad eating habits and the low quality of food products in India. Focusing on the above concern, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare introduced the new healthy eating strategy, which places citizens at the centre of a Health Revolution over food and fitness. The Eat Right Movement aims to improve public health and combat negative nutritional trends to fight lifestyle diseases.
