MPSC Vacancy 2021 Latest News: Maharashtra Govt. Jobs & Recruitment

Maharashtra government, on 6th July 2021, gave its approval for filling up 15,511 vacant posts. These posts lie vacant in various departments, and the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) is an authorized agency to carry out the recruitment process.

This update is very important for the MPSC State Services Prelims Exam, MPSC Combined prelims exam as well as Maharashtra Police Recruitment etc.

• विधानसभेत राज्य सरकारने एमपीएससी पद भरती बाबत केलेल्या घोषणेला आता वित्त विभागाने दुजोरा दिलेला आहे. राज्य शासनाच्या सर्व विभागातील सचिवांना निर्देश देण्यात आलेले आहे की त्यांनी लवकरात लवकर त्यांच्या विभागातील रिक्त पदांची माहिती राज्य शासनाला कळवावी.
• The Finance Department has now confirmed the announcement made by the state government in the Assembly regarding the recruitment of MPSC posts. The secretaries of all the departments of the state government have been directed to inform the vacancies in their departments to state government as soon as possible.
• महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाचे दरवर्षी जवळपास 3 टक्के कर्मचारी हे निवृत्त होत असतात.कोरोना महामारीनंतर राज्य सरकारने सर्व प्रकारच्या भरती प्रक्रियेवर बंदी घातली होती.राज्य शासनातील विविध विभागात रिक्त पदांची संख्या वाढलेली आहे आणि त्यामुळे विविध विभागातील कर्मचाऱ्यांवर कामाचा अतिरिक्त भार येत आहे.
• About 3% of Maharashtra state government employees retire every year. After the Corona epidemic, the state government banned all forms of recruitment. The number of vacancies in various departments of the state government has increased and this is putting an additional workload on the employees of various departments.
• राज्य विधानसभेत उपमुख्यमंत्री आणि अर्थमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी राज्य सरकारच्या वतीने ही घोषणा केली. त्यांनी विधानसभेला माहिती दिली की 15,511 पदे भरण्याची मान्यता आहे आणि आरक्षण आणि इतर योग्य उपाय विचारात घेऊन भरती प्रक्रिया आयोजित करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या.
• In the State Legislative Assembly, the Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar made the announcement on behalf of the State government. He also informed the Legislative assembly that there is an approval for 15,511 posts to be filled up and instructed to conduct the recruitment procedures considering the reservation and other appropriate measures. 
• 2018 पासून MPSC द्वारे भरण्यात येणाऱ्या विविध श्रेणीतील पदांच्या भरतीला मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे. त्यानुसार, तीन श्रेणींमध्ये 15,511 रिक्त जागा भरल्या जातील.  
• Recruitment of various categories of posts to be filled by MPSC from 2018 has been approved. Accordingly, 15,511 vacancies will be filled in three categories.

MPSC Bharti 2021 Important Update

• महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत (MPSC) सरळसेवा भरतीसाठी काही विभागांकडून अद्यापपर्यंत मागणीपत्र आयोगाला न सादर झाल्याची गंभीर दखल मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाकडून घेतली आहे. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत 30 सप्टेंबर 2021 पर्यंत मागणीपत्र पाठविण्याचे त्यांनी मंत्रिमंडळ बैठकीत सचिवांना निर्देश दिले.
• The Chief Minister’s Office has taken serious note of the fact that the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has not yet submitted its demand letter to the Commission for direct service recruitment. In any case, he directed the secretaries to send the demand letter by September 30.

The decision to fill up the vacant posts is in the backdrop of suicide committed by the MPSC aspirant named Swapnil Lonkar. Empathizing with the plight of the aspirants and the difficult prevailing conditions amid the ongoing pandemic, the State government came up with this announcement.

The Minister also informed that concrete decisions and measures have also been taken to expedite the results of the examinations conducted by MPSC. The State government also decided to increase the number of members in the MPSC from six to eleven/thirteen members in the wake of the expedition.

It is important to note that this is a great opportunity for all the MPSC aspirants to utilize this time frame, prepare well and get into the administrative services under the Maharashtra State Government.
