Essential Qualifications:

According to the official notification of AHC RO ARO 2021, The applicant must possess the following essential educational qualifications/Computer Qualifications for the post of Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer on the closing date of submission of the On-line Application Form. It means that all the required certificates should be available to you before the final date of submission of the online application (17 September 2021).

Preferential Qualifications:

Allahabad High Court has also set out a few preferential qualifications for the AHC RO ARO 2021 post:As per Rule 26 of The Allahabad High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1976, a candidate:

• Who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years
  Or
• Who has obtained a 'B' Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) shall, other thing being equal be given preference, in the matter of direct recruitment to the Establishment.

Nationality:

As per Rule 24 of The Allahabad High Court Officers and Staff (Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 1976, a candidate for recruitment to the Establishment must be:

• A citizen of India, OR
• A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1972, with the intention of permanently settling in India, OR
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Ceylon and East African Countries of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanently settling in India

Age Limit:

 The age limit for the post of Review Officer and Assitant Review Officer on 1 July 2021 are as follows:

Hence, The candidate should not be born before 2nd July 1986 and not born after 1st July 2000.
